Synopsis

Every year, the angels gather in a secret place in order to decide to whom they will send a newborn child.

After this, they make a list of all the children who need assistance because they have been neglected or ill-treated in the previous year.

To help these children, they start by sending messages to the parents by appearing first in their dreams, then in their nightmares.

If nothing works, they take on human form and can go up to taking the child back.

Before going to such extremes however, they first try what they call the TEST: they take the child away and see whether there is love.
